Spring 2024 Camp Trip
DB bar D Outfitters & Brown Trout Fly Fishing Camp Trip
Cost: $1,900 per Angler

Day 1
- Arrive in Mills River around 4pm to organize gear, set up sleeping area, socialize with the group, and get ready for a weekend on the water
Days 2-4
- Fishing the 4 miles of trophy trout water of DB bar D Outfitters
- Driving a few minutes up to Pisgah National Forrest to fish small stream wild trout water(weather permitting)
- Refining your angling skills, fishing with fellow anglers, and having a great time
- Hanging around the fire each night and enjoying a freshly cooked meal by our chefs(guides)
- Assistance from our guides, learning new techniques, and becoming a more self-sufficient angler
Day 5
- Eating breakfast, breaking down camp, saying goodbye, and heading home by 10am
Included in the trip price is: All food and beverage excluding alcohol.
Not included is: fishing license, gratuity, or gear (see below).

Cancellation Policy: After Septmber 25th no payments will be refunded unless
Any cancellations within two weeks prior to the trip are subject to being charged for the full amount. |
Payment of 50% due to secure deposit.

Gear:
Waders, Wading boots, Layers!!! Rain Jacket, Camping gear (Tent, Sleeping Bag, etc.)
A 9ft 5wt single hand rod is ideal for DB bar D's water, and a 7'6 3wt for the wild water. No rods under a 5wt are allowed on the trophy trout water to protect the fish. Zack or Ryan may have setups to loan out but if you’re looking to purchase a setup for this trip, and future trips, talk to them about deals from different vendors to save on the cost of equipment.

-Talk to Ryan or Zack about gear, they have it all picked out and can help you, especially for packing/camping and any questions regarding outerwear.
-If you're in need of camping gear, we may have what you need or can at least point you in the right direction on where to get it.
